Comparisons of fits of three possible baseline functional forms with the PYTHIA correlation functions that were shown in Fig. $\ref{fig1}$. Fits were made in the $k^*$ range $0 - 0.8$ GeV/$c$. The scale of $C(k^*)$ is arbitrary.
